We are excited to share information about our WILDCAT CARE SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM, designed to provide a fun, safe, and engaging experience for children throughout the summer months, June & July

 

Camp DATES & Hours

•⁠  ⁠Camp runs: June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026

•⁠  ⁠HOURS: 7:00am - 5:00pm

No camp on the following dates:

•⁠  ⁠June 19, 2026 - Juneteenth

•⁠  ⁠June 28 - July 3, 2026 - Fourth of July Week

 

PROGRAM FEES & Age requirements

Weekly Rate: $370.00 per child

Daily Rate: 74.00 per day per child

•⁠  ⁠Registration Fee: $75.00 per child

•⁠  ⁠We can accept campers from age 5 -12 (incoming Kinders have to be 5 at the time of camp to be enrolled)

Registration fee includes two camp shirts, which must be worn on all off-site

field trip days.

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1.⁠ ⁠Complete the online intent to enroll form

2.⁠ ⁠In- Person registration begins January 2, 2026 ( Learning stairs) At this time you will be giving paper registration & Calendars to fill out and return

PRIORITY ENROLLMENT will be given to families enrolling Monday - Friday ( Full week

Attendance)

 

MEDICATION & Immunizations:

Any medications must be dropped off prior to the start of camp, along with completed and approved medication authorization paperwork. Medications cannot be accepted without proper documentation. Must comply with Colorado immunization rules and regulations.

FIELD TRIP & ACTIVITIES

•⁠  ⁠We will offer two off - campus field trips each week. Transportation will be jeffco school buses.

•⁠  ⁠FIELD TRIP DAYS: Tuesday & Thursday (subject to change; venues and times)

•⁠  ⁠On non field trip days, campers will enjoy in house activities, games, crafts, and enrichment experiences

•⁠  ⁠A detailed list of field trips and activities will be shared closer to the start of camp.

 

WEEKLY THEMES

Campers will participate in weekly themed programming, adding excitement, creativity, and variety throughout the summer.

We look forward to an amazing summer filled with fun, learning, and adventure! MORE INFORMATION, including field trip details and activity schedules will be sent out as we get closer to summer. I can tell you I have already booked a Colorado Rockies Game which is hard to come by but we secured a date!! I'm very excited!
