Mrs. Larson

Hi! My name is Liz Larson. I grew up in Manhattan, Kansas and even though I moved out here over 15 years ago, I am still a die-hard Kansas State and Kansas City Chiefs fan! I have a bachelors in Kinesiology and a masters in Elementary Education and am so excited to combine those two to teach your children all about physical education and healthy habits. When I’m not working I love spending time with my family. I have an amazing husband and two awesome kiddos who also attend Woodrow. We love to be active and outside any chance we get. We spend lots of time riding bikes, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and watching football, Go Chiefs!! I am so excited to get to know each of your children and for another school year here at WWA. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

I am always looking for volunteers!

The library can’t run smoothly without help from wonderful parents! Volunteers help shelve books, assist students with check out, locate books for students, and help with the class activity.
